Thomas L. Thomason
Chairman

Mr. Thomason has over 40 years experience in commercial real estate lending having started his career in the Mortgage Loan Department at Liberty Life Insurance Company in 1962. Mr. Thomason served as an Instructor Navigator in the U.S. Air Force before his discharge in 1962. He holds a BS in Business from the University of South Carolina where he has been an Adjunct Professor for Real Estate on two occasions. He is former President of the MBA of the Carolinas; President of the S.C. Chapter of NAIOP; is on the Commercial Real Estate Finance Committee of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America; is active in the ICSC and ULI; is on the Board of Clement's Kindness; is on the Board of Visitors of Presbyterian College; and, is President-Elect of the Blue Ridge Council - Boy Scouts of America.

Bryson G. Thomason
President
Mr. Thomason holds a BS in Finance and MBA in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina. Prior to joining Professional Mortgage Company in 1990, Mr. Thomason had five years experience with Avtex Commercial Properties in neighborhood shopping center development, including market analysis, property management and leasing. His responsibilities at Professional Mortgage Company include business development, underwriting and market analysis. Mr. Thomason holds membership in the Mortgage Bankers Association of America, the Mortgage Bankers Association of the Carolinas where he is past Chairman of the Income Property Committee, and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

Shirley H. Staton
Vice President, Treasurer and Director
Educated at North Greenville Junior College, Mrs. Staton has over 40 years experience in mortgage banking. She began her career with General Mortgage Company in Greenville and subsequently served as a corporate officer with Cameron-Brown when these companies merged. She joined Mr. Thomason in January of 1972 when Professional Mortgage Company was formed. Mrs. Staton's responsibilities include all financial affairs and investor fund oversight, coordination of loan closings and mortgage loan servicing. She is a member of the Commercial Mortgage and Asset Administration Committee of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America.

W. Denton Burnette
Senior Vice President
A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Mr. Burnette joined Professional Mortgage Company in 1988. In addition to holding a South Carolina Real Estate License, he is a SC Certified General Appraiser and an Associate in the Appraisal Institute. Mr. Burnette has completed all required Appraisal Institute courses for a MAI designation. His responsibilities at Professional Mortgage include loan origination, underwriting, construction loan administration, and loan workouts. Mr. Burnette is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Mortgage Bankers Association of America and serves on the Income Property Committee of the Mortgage Bankers Association of the Carolinas.

J. Matthew Good
Senior Vice President
A graduate of Furman University, Mr. Good joined Professional Mortgage in 1998. In addition to holding a South Carolina Real Estate License, he is a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. His responsibilities at Professional Mortgage include loan origination, underwriting, market analysis, and project consulting. Mr. Good holds membership in the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Mortgage Bankers Association of America, and the Mortgage Bankers Association of the Carolinas, where he serves on the Income Property Committee.

Franklin E. (Trey) Warren, III
Assistant Vice President
A native of Louisville, KY and a graduate of Furman University, Mr. Warren joined Professional Mortgage through their summer internship program in 2003. He is a South Carolina Real Estate Licensee and a CCIM candidate. Mr. Warren’s responsibilities at Professional Mortgage include loan origination, underwriting, and portfolio oversight. Mr. Warren is active in the community as a campaign coordinator for the United Way, and serving on the Boy Scouts of America Blue Ridge Council Leadership Committee. Mr. Warren is also an Eagle Scout.
